Implement new provider

Dear Axel,

I just downloaded My_SMS component and installed it, but cannot use it
because I need a different Gateway.

I guess you send SMS via http Post, so I give you the parameters to connect
to my server, tell me if these are enough:

NetFun? server address:
http://213.140.1.123/PostNetfun.asp

parameters:
- smsTEXT (text message, max 160 char)
- smsNUMBER (target number: eg. +393291234567)
- smsSENDER (need to set it manually for each user; I think we can use field
"user telephone number", it is max 16 char for user mobile number or max 11
char text string)
- smsTYPE=file.sms
- smsGATEWAY=0 (or let me set it manually for each user)
- smsUSER (need to set it manually, just one for all)
- smsPASSWORD (need to set it manually, just one for all)

I also use another SMS provider which just needs the same parameters,
except:

Agile Telecom server address:
http://post.agiletelecom.com/smshurricane3.0.asp

parameters same as above except:
- smsGATEWAY (can be "H" or "M")

So I think that I will be able to use both provider if you could let me
insert manually from SMS Gateway Admin:
- server address
- smsUSER
- smsPASSWORD
- smsGATEWAY (even though this should be better set for each user)
