Missing translations in java script frontend

Description

When I write to many characters I get an alert box saying "159 Zeichen ?berschritten" There is a character in the middle that is not displayed correct. Are you using UTF8? Could we please get this phrase in the translation file too?

If I omit to enter recipient telephone number then an alert box pops up and says "Bitte Empf?nger eintragen"
