Description

Normalize all options by using the joomla build in parameter api.
Also make the component more flexible.

Add options to show / not show all menu entries

--> SendPanel? is always available
--> My Configuration Tab show / hide
--> SMS Archive show / hide
--> SMS Templates show / hide
--> Phonebook show / hide
--> Usergroups show / hide

Write documentation about the global options like sms limit etc...
