What is necessary to add a new provider ?

The most importent thing is the documentation about the provider. This means a detailed description howto send text messages. For example see the following link: http://www.clickatell.com/developers/api_http.php

If a documentation is available, I need a test account with a small amount of credits for testing. Without a valid test account I'm not able to check if my implementation is wokring, so I will not add any provider to MySMS without testing.

The last thing is a little bit of time. I develop the MySMS component in my free time. This means it takes some time until a new version is released.
